Memory Care Caregiver (Full-Time, Rocklin, CA)

Overview:

Join a compassionate team providing one-to-one, person-centered support for our six residents. This role is ideal for caregivers who thrive in calm, intentional environments where every detail of daily life—mealtime, music, touch, and conversation—matters deeply.

What You’ll Do:

Provide personal care (ADLs, companionship, mobility assistance)
Support Montessori-based engagement and meaningful activities
Maintain a calm, sensory-safe environment
Collaborate closely with our small team and families
Participate in ongoing somatic and PAC® training

Ideal Candidate:

CNA, HHA, or equivalent experience preferred
Experience with dementia or Alzheimer’s residents
Grounded, patient, and emotionally attuned
Passionate about home-style care and dignity in aging

Schedule: Full-time, with some weekend rotation

Compensation: $XX/hour (DOE)

Location: Rocklin, CA

Chef / Home Cook (Part-Time, Rocklin, CA)

Overview:

Clover Care’s kitchen is the heart of our home. We’re seeking a skilled, heart-centered cook who values fresh, nutritious, home-style meals and enjoys connecting with residents through food and shared routines.

What You’ll Do:

Plan and prepare balanced daily meals for up to six residents
Incorporate resident input and dietary preferences
Involve residents in simple, familiar kitchen tasks (e.g., folding napkins, stirring batter)
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety standards
Collaborate with care staff to support hydration and nutrition goals

Ideal Candidate:

Experience in small-scale or residential cooking environments
ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)
Enjoys working in a calm, collaborative household setting
Kind, organized, and flexible

Schedule: Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week

Compensation: $XX/hour (DOE)
