Deposit Terms
Refund Policy:
- Full refund if canceled within 7 days or if care needs can’t be accommodated
- Partial refund ($1,000) if canceled 8–30 days after payment with 30+ days’ notice
- Non-refundable within 30 days of confirmed move-in (unless medical cause)
